If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit a claim within 14 days of receiving your order.
- For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
- If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will cover the costs and offer either a full refund or a replacement at no additional charge.
To report a problem, please contact us with a photo of the issue and a brief description. We will review your claim and respond within 3 business days.
If your claim is approved:
- Replacements will be shipped within 3 business days.
- For refunds, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a few working days.
